The Community Development Team is available to provide advice and support in working in areas that Scouting has not traditionally been. It works in collaboration with mainstream Scouting and other agencies to support those disadvantaged young people who might benefit from the ethos and activities of the Scout Movement, although they may never become full members of the Association.
