Essex International Jamboree news, available for anybody to join up to. Only messages sent via the ACC(Communications) will be accepted. Please send your news to

County Team members are able to send out news and information to the entire County Team.
countyexec-list
A sub-division of the County Team, this is just the people on the County Exec.
dc-list
All District Commissioners (or whoever was nominated as the district point of contact for email), and the District Support Team.
groupcontact-list
All Group Scout Leaders and/or representatives from each Scout Group in Essex. Note that there is currently no centrally maintained list of GSLs in the county, so districts will need to keep us informed of who are the GSL contacts for each group.
youthprogramme-list
The Youth Programme team (ACC's)
explorer-list
Open to all for announcements about the Explorer section. The DESCs throughout the county have already been added.
scout-list
Open to all for announcements about the Scout section. The ADC(Scouts) throughout the county have already been added.
networkteam-list
The County Network team (CSNC, CSNA, CSNT), Network Advisors.
networkcommittee-list
The County Network team (CSNC, CSNA, CSNT), Network Advisors, Chairperson of the Network Committee, and a contact from each local network.

All Network Members who are registered with the County Network.
Who can use them?
Anyone, within reason. All messages sent to the lists are approved by moderators before being sent out, in order to stop spam, and to help ensure the lists are being used for scouting, and relevant information to the members of the particular list. There is also a danger to "information overload" by the people on the email lists, so please use spareingly. Remember you can also reach lots of people by posting a message up on the forum.
How do I use them?
Simply send your email to list@lists.essexscouts.org.uk, replacing list with the relevant list name (e.g. ).
