PLEASE NOTE:
Bob is on duty at the beginning/finish of each session, sometimes there most of the day to assist. Please hold a list of your names attending in order that time of attendance can be recorded to ensure a fair distribution of the collection. Also provided is a copy of the recommendations concerning bagpacking. Uniform is top half and kneckers and spare kneckers for identifying parent/helpers which is to assist Sainsbury's security procedures. Please do not obstruct the space between checkouts for cashier access. Also in the light of past experience please restrict the amount of money that each young member carries, it reduces the distraction of wanting to go off to buy drinks and food. Your young person/leader ratios apply at this event as normal.
