District Commissioner Kylie Birch

Halstead and Colne Valley District has five Scout groups. Each group has a Scout Troop and Cub Pack, although many have Beaver Colonies as well. The district covers the town of Halstead and the villages surrounding it. Throughout the year the district has many events, ranging from St. George's Day parades to Night Hikes, all of which are very enjoyable and fun occasions.
