WINTAC Booking Policy
To take advantage and qualify for the Early Booking price, the booking form and full payment of £35 for each Explorer and £12.50 for each Leader attending Wintac must be received by Monday 10 October 2011. For every 15 Explorers attending, the Explorer Scout Unit (ESU) will have 1 Leader place free of charge. Explorers and Leaders can be added to the booking after this date (subject to availability) but the ESU will not qualify for the discount or free leader places.
Regular Booking price £40 for each Explorer and £12.50 for each Leader attending Wintac. For every 15 Explorers attending, the ESU will have 1 Leader place free of charge. This is for ESUs unable to make use of the Early Booking discount. Bookings must be made online and deposits of £10 for each Explorer Scout and Leader attending must be booked by Friday 28 October 2011 and paid for by Monday 31 October 2011. The remainder of the balance must be paid by Friday 11 November 2011.
Late bookings/payments. The Wintac Management Team (WMT) may be able to accommodate ESUs within the camp after the 10 October 2011. Please contact the event registrar Margaret Medler (cesl.margaret@essexscouts.org.uk) to confirm availability before sending booking forms.
All deposits are non-refundable. Early Booking refunds will be at the discretion of the WMT. Any balances received after 11 November 2011 will be subject to a £5 admin fee per person.
