The benefits of being involved

For business, local authorities and other organisations, involvement with the Essex Experience through sponsorship and/or employee participation is an opportunity to:

Promote team building and increase efficiency among staff in a cost effective way, through involvement in a training course and challenging activity weekend run by experienced adult Scouts. Over 70 hours of training at no cost to you
Become involved in the wider community and form partnerships with many organisations
Increase opportunities for public relations

For volunteers, the Essex Experience is an opportunity to enjoy a challenge, build confidence, have fun and make new friends whilst gaining, or adding to, these key skills:
