□ A big thick warm coat – it gets very cold at night!
□ Rucksack or holdall for your kit.
□ Spare blanket if you feel the cold.
□ A small pillow.
□ Something warm to sleep in (e.g. tracksuit).
□ Warm sweaters.
□ Spare shirts/T shirts, trousers/shorts.
□ Training shoes or boots.□ Socks & underclothes.
□ A waterproof jacket.
□ Woolly hat & gloves
□ Spare pair old plimsolls/trainers for canoeing.
□ Swimming gear for canoeing (optional).
□ Wash kit.
□ Torch & batteries.
□Towel.
