Does anyone know when we will be able to book participants online?

Also what information will be needed to do this?

Its says in Countdown - Name, Date of Birth, Any medical conditions - will this include any medication that they are currentlty taking or just the condition i.e asthma, hayfever etc

Within the next week, an email will be sent to the person responsible for your booking explaining everything that you'll need to complete your booking.

This is basically a login to an online system where you'll need to complete your participants personal details (full details on what the Jamboree team need will be given) and your group's home contact details.

You will be able to log back in and update this information at a later date, so you don't need to complete everything in one go !

You must know all my parents quite well then as will need a few weeks to gather all the correct details!!!

Just to update : the online booking system is now live - details have been sent out by email this afternoon to the nominated 'leader' of every group.

i have changed my booking in the last couple of weeks but doesn't appear on the online system - will this be updated??

Nikki, the Jamboree registrar, is working through all the booking change requests that have been received.

I'm sure that these will be online shortly

I am now very concerned - I have been sending numerous emails but not receiving any reply. I have had no post since initial deposit receipt. Could someone please, please, please contact me by post - clearly emails are not working from my end or your - I dont know but with just 3 months to go I need to know whether my updated booking has been received, how to log on to register participants and preferably which sub camp we are on as many others seem to know.

I must have a secure means of communication - if things have been sent to me I am not receiving them.

Could I please have some sort of update and clarification on these matters. Thank You

We are down as being a canadian Wolf however the on line booking has come thru as us being on Red Panda?? has there been a typo along the line or have we been moved and not told

Hopefully everything is sorted now, its weird about you not receiving the emails.

Apart from the online booking system - what other stuff e.g photos other forms??, need to be sent in before 15th May??

In Jamboree Countdown Issue 1 it was noted;

- 4 passport-sized photos are required for every person. Please add the name and booking reference to the back of each and return to the Jamboree Registrar
- balance of payment is also due by 15th May 2008

We've extended the deadline for completing the online booking forms until 31st May - however the Jamboree team would appreciate photos and balances sent in as soon as possible....
