As you may be aware Scouting is undertaking a number of initiatives in order to increase the amount of adult volunteers to support the thirst for Scouting in our communities

Aimie Childs is an Assistant Scout Leader with 1st Prittlewell Scout Troop and is a final year Business undergraduate and for her major project she is studying what motivates people to become Scout Leaders.

The information that she collect will be used for the benefit of Scouting within Essex.
