The Essex Scout Communication Activity Team (ESCAT) provide a range of services to all sections of Scouting in the County.

The team members can offer two-way radio communication, public address systems, event support and troop/pack night support. ESCAT are always willing to offer advice and have been provided radio communications at events, large and small, for Groups, Districts and County.
