Costs & Registration
The event is open to Essex adult volunteers and costs £14 per person. You can camp as a group or as a family although participants under 18 will need to be supervised by an adult during the event. If you want to bring the family, children are £7 per person (under 5s go free!). Registration is via an online booking system available from the menu on this website.
Arriving on Friday night, you’ll have time to settle into your camping area and to relax at the event bar and café, giving you plenty of opportunity to relax and meet with others. We are also planning a quiz night to remember in the bar.
Food won’t be provided at the Essex Weekend, so catering will be down to you to organise.
The county activity teams will be on hand during the weekend to provide you with specialist advice and support in providing niche activities into your local scout programme.
Ideas, Activities & Equipment Savings
