The International Food Fayre saw a wide variety of delicious dishes being cooked up on the Honolulu sub camp by Wendy Watts

Delicacies included Essex Spice Cake, Singapore Noodles, Moroccan lamb with cous cous, Branston Pickle tartlets, Spanish Paella, Pigs in Blankets, Apple Crumble and Custard, Russian Strogonoff, to name but a few!

With quite a few international groups camping on Honolulu, it was great to see (and taste!) so many international dishes created by British contingents.
