Ideas for using the Fitness Challenge with your Cubs, especially during the winter months.

Try getting your Cubs running in a long snake shape, with the leader leading the snake, calling out numbers one to four. Each number represents a different motion:

1 = Right hand on the ground once

2 = Left hand on the ground once

3 = One left and right leg lunge

4 = Army crawl until told to get up
