Do you know any members that might want to part of a theatre event in Colchester telling people what they think about bullying?

The Young Essex Assembly is the elected youth council for the county, at the time of their election they ran a survey on the back of the ballot paper asking young people what was important to them.

Nearly 25,000 young people took part and told them that bullying was the number one concern. The Young Essex Assembly has been working in partnership with leading anti-bullying professionals to give young people an opportunity to say what they think about bullying.

In Anti-Bullying Week they ran a conference for students and teachers and created posters for professionals and resources for Integrated Youth Services. Their next project is to hold a theatre performance where young people from all over the county can take to the stage to say what they think about bullying
