Watham Abbey Scout Group spent their centenary weekend all working together on five different projects for a Group Environment Badge and made a real difference to their local community.

Work started on Saturday with clearing nettles and creating a natural habitat at the Conservation Centre at High Beech, cutting hay and making haystacks at Copped Hall, clearing pathways at the Gunpowder Mills, renovating a Memorial Garden at their Elphwood Scout hall and creating a mosaic design to celebrate the Centenary.
