Cubs from Witham, along with Scouts from across Essex, complete 12 months of challenges in 2010 and were happy to receive their badges and certificates.

Cub Scouts from the 1st Witham Phoenix Cub Pack in the Maldon & East Essex District completed a challenge each month during 2010 as part of The Essex Challenge.

In April the Cubs made subs with lots of different healthy fillings and learnt about the importance of eating a healthy balanced diet and for October’s challenge the Pack made bird boxes which they have put up in the grounds of their Scout HQ to attract different types of birds.

Sam Morris, Assistant County Commissioner (Cub Scouts) visited the Pack to present them with their badges and certificates who are all looking forward to their various camps this year as part of Cubs Away 2011.
