Chelmsford Scout Leader, Claire Shephard, has been working hard for the past four years to achieve one of the highest Scout awards for her age; the Chief Scout Diamond Award.

To complete her Diamond Award, Claire has had to complete various different challenges. Some of these have been improving her fitness levels by playing Netball, being creative learning to play the flute and taking part in lots of outdoor activities including climbing, archery and camping.

Claire said after being presented with the award at the Chelmsford Museum; “By being a Scout allows you to achieve things if you try.
