Could you be one of our Inclusion, Diversity and Special Needs Advisers?

We are recruiting a team of advisers to support our volunteers and youth members throughout the County.

At this stage in the team’s development, we’re looking for applicants who already have knowledge and experience in one or more of the areas of inclusion, diversity and special needs. This can be within Scouting, in your family or the wider community. You don’t need to be a current member of Scouting. These Adviser roles are non-uniformed and require the role holders to be (or become) at least an Associate Member.

If you’d like to find out more, we’ve included a fuller explanation of the role as well as role descriptions, below.
