Request A Visit from Team Essex

All the members of Team Essex relish the chance to get out and meet young people and leaders from across the county. If you’d like to request a visit, then please fill in the form below.

Here are some reasons to ask us:

  • A visit to a weekly meeting for your section by the Programme Team
  • A District event
  • A performance of a Gang Show
  • A presentation of awards, both for young people and adults
  • A meeting of adult volunteers
  • A DofE Award expedition or presentation
  • Support from our Inclusion Team
  • or any other reason

We will do our best to ensure someone is able to attend but this may not always be possible. Please give us at least two weeks’ notice and some details of what you’d like us to do.

When you fill out the form we’ll collect personal data about you (your name, email address and phone number). These details are required so that we can contact you about the request you have made. We will share this data with the most appropriate member(s) of our team.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
